Summary of Job Duties

• Performing consultations and administering wellness and esthetic services; laser resurfacing treatments, RF micro needling, body contouring, weight loss, sexual wellness and more.
• Preferred experience with Sciton lasers. (BBL, Moxi, and Halo)
• Who can train others on Medical grade devices and has experience working as a lead Aesthetician.
• Maintaining accurate records of each session in our customer service database, be the point of contact for concerns and questions from your patients and be a resource for them.
• Scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments when needed
• Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained Selling Aesthetic services to existing clients
• Cross-selling other modalities that may enhance esthetic services
• Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed
• Educating clients on our different treatments and products, sales and working monthly events for our Med Spa and assisting in other assigned duties to maintain work flow of the spa.
• Assisting with office operations including greeting customers, answering calls, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, laundry, etc.

Job requirements

• You have a licensed esthetician.
• You have at lease 1 YEARS of experience in Medical Grade treatments
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You value ethics, integrity and work well in a team.
• Reflect a professional image in your dress habits and grooming.
• You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
