Job Description
Pribila & Fields Injury Law is a small Personal Injury firm seeking a full-time junior paralegal to join our team. Ideal candidates must have experience as a pre-litigation paralegal in a personal injury setting. Duties include case intake, opening cases, communicating with clients, calendaring and docketing deadlines, preparing correspondence, obtaining medical and billing records, communicating with insurance companies, medical providers, lienholders, and providing overall attorney and other paralegal support.
Education and Experience:
--Bachelor's or associate's degree or Certification in Paralegal Studies from an accredited college or university program preferred but not required
--Minimum of two years experience preferred but not required
--Equivalent combination of professional experience, education, or certification
--Experience with Needles/Neos is a plus
