IT Operations Administrator – Join a Growing Tech Team Driving Innovation
Location: Kingman, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7AM – 4PM (On-Site)
Pay Range: 38 – 48/hr
Contract: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leader in the industry, is seeking a skilled IT Operations Administrator to join our Infrastructure Team. In this role, you’ll provide critical IT support, manage cloud-based systems, and ensure smooth technology operations that empower teams across multiple divisions. Your expertise will directly impact business continuity and innovation.
What You’ll DoAs an IT Operations Administrator, you will:
Provide both in-person and remote technical support to teammates.
Deploy, manage, and optimize Azure subscriptions, resources, and storage.
Monitor automated system alerts, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
Research products, services, protocols, and standards to recommend improvements.
Plan and manage IT-related projects within your area of responsibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring reliable and secure IT operations.
Deliver excellent customer service while prioritizing and resolving support requests efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
3+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly, especially in the first 90 days.
Flexibility to support occasional after-hours needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-040T00-A, AZ-305, Terraform Foundations.
Experience with Cloud Migration and Microsoft ADO.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and an Agile mindset.
