In this role, you'll guide individuals, families, and small businesses in finding insurance solutions that protect what matters most. As our newest insurance sales representative, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed new business production goals and performance objectives.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Prepare personalized insurance quotes, present coverage options clearly, and guide clients through the process.
  • Build and maintain strong referral networks with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealerships, and other local professionals.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products, including financial and life insurance solutions.
  • Respond to client inquiries and phone messages promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of underwriting guidelines, rating systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Stay informed about new products, policy changes, and industry trends.
  • Actively prospect and generate new business through lead follow-up and relationship-building.
  • Deliver accurate and timely insurance quotes with attention to detail.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients built on trust, reliability, and excellent service.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Utilize CRM systems, email, and other digital tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for personal and professional growth within the agency.
