Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the quality assurance team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a temporary to permanent assignment. 

Job Title: Laborer 

Location: Benwood, WV

Pay Rate: $17/hr

What's the Job?

• Sorting metal nuggets for quality from conveyor and piles.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area by sweeping and disposing of waste materials.
• Conducting visual inspections to ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Documenting and reporting any discrepancies or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborating with team members to improve sorting processes and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
