CRM Platform Lead (Global Focus)

Key Duties:

• Own and guide the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of a global CRM solution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience leaders to deliver scalable digital tools.
• Serve as the main tech liaison for cross-functional business teams on CRM projects.
• Coordinate external partners and ensure quality delivery of CRM-related work.
• Lead prioritization and governance efforts across global initiatives.
• Oversee system rollouts, integrations, data migration, and platform configurations.
• Work closely with integration teams to connect CRM with ERP, portals, and BI platforms.
• Maintain compliance with global data and security standards.
• Drive agile/hybrid delivery including sprints, backlog grooming, and milestone tracking.
• Promote automation and efficiency improvements within the platform.
• Continuously enhance workflows using user feedback and analytics.
• Manage contracts, licensing, budgets, and vendor relations.
• Track usage metrics and value delivered to optimize system performance.

Required:

• 5+ years in IT product/program management (CRM focus).
• 2+ years hands-on with HubSpot CRM in global settings.
• Experience in logistics, freight, or enterprise B2B environments.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tech, data structures, APIs, and integrations.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
• Skilled in translating business needs into tech solutions.
• Excellent communicator with strong vendor management.

Bonus Points:

Certifications in PMP, Agile/Scrum, or HubSpot. Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft).

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
