WHO WE ARE: Founded in 1965, Ned Stevens has grown to be the world's largest gutter cleaning company , yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on! We will always treat every customer as though they are our only customer.

WHO WE ARE HIRING:

• We are looking for full time. Gutter Cleaners, Window Cleaners, Power Washers, and Installers for our operation headquartered in Winchester, MA
• We are looking for candidates that maintain positive attitudes and seek to provide extraordinary customer service. No experience necessary, The Only thing we ask is for you to able to get on latter's up to 60 feet high and also comfortable with walking on roofs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• All our employees are fully trained in the classroom as well as on the field to follow all our safety procedures and guidelines and to use our patented safety system (only OSHA approved company allowed to use it in the country).
• Our staff will drive to the work sites daily to complete the gutter cleaning requests from our customers in the community and return before the end of business day.
• We primarily clean, repair, and install gutters residential homes as well as commercial buildings three stories or less. ( We do not service high rise buildings)
• No nights are required.
• Typical Full-Time Schedule: Mon-Sat, 6:30am to 4:00pm.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

If you love working outside on different tasks daily this is a great place for you!

• We provide full, paid training.
• Once training is complete, staff pay is based on performance.
• You will also be eligible for 401K and medical benefits if elected after 1 year of employment.
• We provide a positive, team atmosphere with an active setting that is never the same day in and day out!
• Once trained, our full-time technicians can earn up to $1000 or more per week working no nights.
• Additional income opportunities are also available and growth opportunities exist within our company.
