We are seeking an experienced General Manager (Feeder Operations) to lead and innovate feeder operations, delivering measurable results in cargo yield, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Spearhead operational strategies to maximize cargo yield, optimize vessel utilization, and enhance route profitability
• Oversee and ensure seamless feeder operations, from vessel scheduling to resource allocation.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ocean carriers and port authorities.
• Take charge of financial planning, budgets, and P&L analysis to meet performance targets.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional team.

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of logistics experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in Indonesia’s maritime market and familiarity with Southeast Asia’s logistics landscape.
• Strong financial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
• A proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
