We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer with strong creative vision, technical expertise, and a global mindset to join our fast-paced design team. This role requires professional fluency in Mandarin to collaborate closely with cross-regional teams and suppliers. You will play a key role in leading seasonal collections, driving design innovation, and ensuring that our products align with brand DNA and customer trends. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to final sample for seasonal collections. Research global fashion trends, fabrics, and silhouettes to translate insights into commercially successful designs. Work closely with the product development and sourcing teams (in Mandarin and English) to ensure accurate execution of design intent. Present design concepts, mood boards, and trend forecasts to the leadership team. Oversee junior designers, providing mentorship and creative direction. Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit and support brand storytelling. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field. 5+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably in womenswear and/or youth-focused brands. Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required. Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabric development, and trend forecasting. Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance creativity and deadlines. Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential.
