Our client, an industry leader in facility management, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Pay Range: $28- $29hr

Shift: 7:30am-4:40pm

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across all systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor and calibrate HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with standards.
• Respond to building emergencies during non-working hours, demonstrating reliability and quick response skills.
• Maintain accurate records of readings, adjustments, and maintenance activities for compliance and reporting purposes.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Experience with work order management and CMMS systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel.
