About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Tax Transfer Pricing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance and strategic planning to optimize tax efficiency. This senior role involves designing, implementing, and defending transfer pricing strategies, leading the APA program, and managing complex transfer pricing disputes. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in shaping and implementing transfer pricing policies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements, and will be expected to minimize financial risk and preserve the company's reputation with tax authorities. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in transfer pricing and tax controversy, with a deep technical knowledge of transfer pricing principles, OECD Guidelines, and dispute resolution mechanisms. The role requires a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience in managing relationships with senior tax authority officials. A law or accounting degree is essential, with advanced qualifications such as an LLM, MBA, or CPA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong business and risk awareness, and a continuous improvement approach, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies.
