Job Description

The Email Marketing Specialist will utilize their digital marketing skills, including proficiency in building emails and analyzing performance, to support our agents digital marketing efforts. They will partner and collaborate directly with our marketing associates to support the clients digital marketing plan and ensure their vision is executed. This individual will be able to execute multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and accommodate to the demands of our clients. This role will allow for ongoing creativity and innovation with other departments to provide the best marketing services for our clients.

In office position in Scottsdale, AZ

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the digital marketing team in the day?to?day execution of digital marketing initiatives building emails, building websites, and analyzing digital performance to maximize listing exposure.
• Work with marketing associates to provide analytics and feedback to agent to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot synchronization and workflow errors.
• Identify opportunities to create greater operational efficiency through innovation and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree and relevant email marketing work experience.
• Proficiency in HubSpot preferred.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service to internal clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast?paced, demanding environment with rapidly changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
