What Youll Do

• Own the Email Campaign Process : From brainstorming and design to execution and performance analysis, youll manage email campaigns that generate leads and deepen engagement.
• Tell the Story Behind the Data : Analyze campaign performance and create clear, actionable reports for our marketing strategist and sales team to share with clients.
• Be a Client-Facing Pro : Present monthly and quarterly campaign wins to advisors, helping them understand their results and optimize future efforts.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with our social media manager, marketing strategists, and conversion coach to align email efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Support Advisor Success : Help onboard new advisors into our email platform (Snappy Kraken) and guide them through setup and best practices.
• Test, Learn, Improve : Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and boost engagement metrics.
• Champion Advisor Growth : Understand each advisors marketing strategy and tailor email campaigns to support their unique goals.

What Were Looking For

• 23 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a love for data and performance metrics
• Experience with email platforms (bonus if youve used Snappy Kraken!)
• Comfortable presenting to clients and internal teams
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a mission-driven company
