The Email Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in advancing Ave Maria Presss growth and revenue objectives by leading the development and execution of high-impact email marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for growing our email lists, increasing customer engagement and purchase frequency, and driving sales initiatives through strategic, data-driven communications.
The Email Marketing Specialist will plan, create, and analyze campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal and liturgical promotions (e.g., feast days and holy days), special events, and customer lifecycle marketing. A strong focus on resultsparticularly increased sales, order value, and list acquisitionis essential for success.
This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with broader business goals. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical rigor and has a deep understanding of how email marketing drives engagement and conversion in a faith-based, mission-driven context.
