Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems for a variety of construction projects. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and code-compliant operation of electrical systems while contributing to our commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Installation: Install wiring, control, and lighting systems for new construction projects per blueprints and specifications.
• System Upgrades: Perform electrical upgrades and modifications, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Lighting Installation: Design and install lighting systems focused on energy efficiency and workplace productivity.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance for optimal system performance.
• Emergency Response: Provide 24/7 support for electrical emergencies, delivering swift solutions to avoid prolonged outages or hazards.
• Safety Compliance: Follow company safety policies and industry regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and inspections.
• Gross Profit Margin Monitoring: Collaborate weekly with the Electrician Supervisor to ensure gross profit margin targets are met, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrician in residential and commercial construction.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to respond to emergency calls as needed.
