About the Role

An established educational institution in Culver City is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Donor Fundraising Associate to support its fundraising and advancement efforts. This position works closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing fundraising strategies for the annual fund, capital campaign, and major gifts.
• Maintain and manage donor databases, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
• Coordinate event logistics, including compiling guest lists, tracking alumni RSVPs, and organizing donor recognition.
• Prepare donor roles and acknowledgments for publications and stewardship materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support donor communications and engagement.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all donor and alumni interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in development, fundraising, or donor relations, preferably within the education or nonprofit sector.
• Strong proficiency in donor management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
