This position is in the office and can sit at our Downtown Nashville, TN, Lexington, TN, or Birmingham office.

Summary: The Enterprise Risk Reporting & Model Risk Program Manager will be responsible for maintaining and executing the Model Risk and Enterprise Risk Reporting Programs, making relevant updates to reflect the ongoing maturity of both frameworks. The role involves continuous improvement, team management, and collaboration with other program managers within Compliance to streamline processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee risk assessments of models/EUCs, manage MRM Inventory, and conduct validations and reviews.
• Manage validation consultant budget and advise on validation schedules.
• Chair Model Risk Committee and Horizon Risk Working Group.
• Present to Management Risk Committee and Board Risk Committee on Model Risk and related indicators.
• Promote risk awareness among model owners and enterprise metric owners.
• Manage templates, MS Teams, or workflow platforms for organizing work.
• Maintain policies, standards, and governance documents.
• Understand banking regulations related to Model and Enterprise Risk.
• Develop response plans and address audit or assurance issues.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related; graduate degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as FRM, CERP, CFA, CPA, or ABA programs.
• 10+ years in Risk, Finance, or Audit.
• Experience managing staff, external consultants, or contractors.
• Experience with data, governance, compliance, audit, validations, and banking systems projects.
• Experience with software or data platform transformations, UAT, test scripting, or technical writing is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail with understanding of how details impact larger projects.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
