We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager (B2B) who lives and breathes digital marketing—someone who can jump into HubSpot, build out campaigns, tweak a WordPress page, and craft content that actually gets clicks, opens, and engagement. Candidates must have B2B marketing experience and feel comfortable working as the lone marketer, collaborating with designers, creative director, and sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
\nAs our Marketing Manager, you will own and execute our day-to-day marketing efforts, including:
\n Email & Automation (HubSpot)
\n• Plan, build, and send email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, nurture sequences, lifecycle campaigns) in HubSpot
\n• Create and optimize automated workflows and lead-nurture journeys
\n• Segment lists, A/B test subject lines and creative, and continuously improve open/click-through rates
\n• Track performance and report on key metrics (deliverability, engagement, conversions)
\n Content & Website (WordPress)
\n• Manage and update our WordPress website (landing pages, blog posts, basic page edits)
\n• Collaborate on and/or write content: blog posts, case studies, landing page copy, website messaging
\n• Ensure all content is on-brand, optimized for SEO, and aligned with our campaigns
\n• Work with design resources (internal or external) to create visuals that enhance our content
\n Social Media & Brand Presence
\n• Own our social media calendar and posting across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
\n• Develop engaging content tailored to each channel: posts, stories, short-form video ideas, etc.
\n• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and keep a pulse on our online community
\n• Track performance and share insights to refine our social strategy
\n Strategy, Analytics & Collaboration
\n• Help shape and execute marketing campaigns around product launches, events, and promotions
\n• Monitor campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights
\n• Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals
\n• Bring new ideas to the table—channels to test, campaigns to try, content to create

REQUIREMENTS
\n• 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience
\n• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (email, workflows, lists, reporting)
\n• Working knowledge of WordPress, including editing pages, posts, and basic layout/content updates
\n• Proven experience r unning email campaigns, content marketing, and social media
\n• Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for messaging, tone, and brand consistency
\n• Comfort working with data and metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, traffic, etc.) to guide decisions
\n• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
\n• Positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves

Bonus Points For
\n• Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
\n• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research
\n• Experience with paid social or basic digital advertising
