Description About the Role: Our client is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to join their growing marketing team. In this role, you'll organize, tag, and upload digital assets into a digital asset management (DAM) system. You'll collaborate with a close-knit team, reporting to the Senior Digital Asset Strategist and working alongside two DAM professionals to support organization-wide initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Upload, catalog, and tag a high volume of digital assets across projects and teams Follow established naming conventions and metadata standards Ensure assets are organized and easily accessible within the DAM system Support cross-functional teams by fulfilling asset access and usage requests Adapt to shifting project needs and take direction from senior team members Location: Remote (Chicagoland area preferred) Duration: 6+ months, ongoing Hours: 40 hours/week Pay Rate: $25-$29/hour Requirements Technical Requirements: 2+ years of DAM experience Familiarity with Brandfolder is a strong plus Proficiency in asset organization, metadata tagging, and version control Ideal Candidate: Detail-oriented and highly organized Self-motivated with strong communication skills Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment Based in the Chicagoland area (preferred) Robert Half is the world's first and largest talent solutions firm, connecting qualified job seekers to opportunities in finance, accounting, technology, marketing, legal, administrative, and customer support roles.
