We’re Hiring: Design Engineer – Interior Trim Accessories
We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer to join our team and lead the development of innovative interior trim accessories from concept to production. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex design challenges and delivering high-quality products.
Responsibilities
🔹 Manage the engineering introduction of new interior trim accessories from concept to launch
🔹 Design and develop cutting-edge parts with a focus on quality, reliability, functionality, mass, and cost efficiency
🔹 Collaborate with studio, marketing, and vehicle engineering teams to align product design with business cases
🔹 Create benchmarking and testing plans to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
✔️ 3+ years of experience in vehicle interior trim accessories or SVO (special vehicle operations) design & development, with knowledge in:
✔️ Strong track record of solving complex technical issues
✔️ Excellent CAD skills (CATIA V5/V6 preferred)
✔️ Experience with thermoplastics, thermoset resin materials, and Class A manufacturing technologies (including painting)
✔️ Knowledge of both high- and low-volume production methods
✔️ Launch experience
