Our office is a first-class, fluoride-free, holistic pediatric dental office located in beautiful Redondo Beach. We specialize in compassionate, non-toxic dental care that focuses on the whole body , not just teeth.

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, loves helping others, and wants to make a difference in children's lives — all while growing a meaningful career in holistic health and dentistry.

Your Role as a Dental Assistant:

Even if you’ve never worked in a dental office before, we’ll help you succeed!

You’ll support our dentists and front office team while helping families feel calm, welcomed, and well-informed.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist during gentle dental procedures (don’t worry — we’ll train you!)

• Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and iTero scans

• Help educate parents on our natural, preventative care philosophy

• Keep treatment rooms clean and organized

• Prepare instruments and materials before each appointment

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in health, wellness, and holistic care

• Friendly, upbeat, and professional personality

• Willingness to learn new skills and take feedback

• Great with kids and families

• Strong communicator and team player
