Ready to jump into a fast-paced construction admin role where your attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly? One of our long-standing partners in the HVAC public works space is looking for a full-time, in-office Contract Administrator to join their team in Redlands, CA.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Support multiple projects by preparing contracts, bids, and compliance docs
Track lien releases, insurance certs, and prequal forms for subcontractors
Help maintain organized project files (both digital and hard copy)
Communicate directly with PMs, vendors, and clients to close documentation loops
Prep materials for bid day, job walks, and RFIs
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of experience in a construction admin or contract support role
Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Great attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
