Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Direct supervisory experience. 6-8 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience. Ability to work flexibly across industry segments. US work authorization required. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Hospital operations leadership, process re-engineering, or performance improvement experience. Project management in a consulting environment focusing on cost, workforce, or supply chain. Experience managing costs and workflows in post-acute care settings. Clinical leadership experience across care settings, focusing on care delivery, workforce planning, and digital strategies. The estimated base salary range is $132,000 - $165,000, with total compensation including incentives estimated at $151,800 - $206,250. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs.
