We're looking for someone who thrives on managing their own sales progress and delivering results quickly. What you'll do: Drive immediate revenue growth by proactively pursuing and closing new business. Own the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting and providing weekly updates via our Scorecard. Fully commit to our sales process, tools, and data standards. ️ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handoffs and exceptional experiences. Competitive base salary of $95k-$100k with commission brackets. A mission-driven culture focused on client success and professional development. Opportunities for leadership as the sales team scales. ???? Requirements: Proven experience closing B2B services deals (consulting, managed services, or staff augmentation). Ability to access key decision-makers for closing sales. Proficient with CRM tools and tracking/reporting KPIs. Experienced in full-cycle sales: from lead generation to close to account growth. Driven and proactive, with a strong ability to independently manage and maintain sales progress.
