Client Finance Manager

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between managers, revenue teams, and clients, ensuring effective revenue cycle management.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company revenue policies , proactively resolving issues.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders while providing top-tier customer service.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration , facilitating problem-solving and institutional knowledge-sharing.
- Implement strategic revenue reporting to track financial performance and identify risks.
- Communicate and enforce client-specific financial requirements, including budgets, accruals, and fee agreements.
- Support fee arrangement negotiations with expertise in revenue operations.
- Respond to client requests for financial and operational reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive resolution of revenue cycle concerns by working with senior leadership and internal teams.
- Participate in client service meetings , contributing insights and operational guidance.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business operations, finance, technology, or related field .
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and/or operational analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, including proficiency in complex Excel functions .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills .
- Exceptional customer service orientation .
