Role Overview: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As CFO, you will lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of hellocare, ensuring that our rapid growth is underpinned by sound financial management. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Capital Management: Manage fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing, to secure the capital needed for strategic initiatives and operations.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize financial processes and systems, ensuring cost management and operational efficiency.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies while proactively managing financial risks.
• Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing regular financial updates and fostering trust and confidence in hellocare’s financial performance.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and execute financial opportunities that align with the company’s mission.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage financial data to inform strategic decisions and track performance against objectives.
• Reporting: Provide comprehensive financial reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Your Profile:

• Experience: 5+ years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally in the healthcare, technology, or telehealth sectors.
• Expertise: Demonstrated success in financial strategy, capital management, and operational efficiency.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare finance, including regulatory environments and reimbursement models.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Leadership: Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with financial management tools and CRM software.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
