About the Role

Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to nurture global connections and share an inspiring vision, are crucial. The role also requires experience in financial and operational management, deep strategic capacity, and a track record of growing organizations with a focus on long-term sustainability. The CEO must be emotionally mature, culturally competent, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position is remote, with a significant amount of global travel, and the candidate should be prepared to work with diverse personalities and situations, while maintaining a good sense of humor.
