About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Catering & Food Truck Manager to lead event operations, work directly on the truck, and help keep our growing team and logistics aligned. You’ll be key to creating top-tier experiences for our guests while managing prep, service, staffing, and systems. This role is ideal for someone who can switch between scooping, driving, scheduling, managing inventory, and running a high-volume event — all in a day’s work. 💼 Key Responsibilities 🛻 Event & Food Truck Operations Lead sell-to-crowd service at high-energy events with strong guest flow and speed. Run event setup, breakdown, and logistics with precision and hustle. Serve as the on-site shift lead and manager when the owner isn’t present. 🧁 Food Prep & Cleaning Prepare high-quality products to spec — quickly and consistently. Maintain a spotless and organized kitchen/truck. Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols. 🚚 Driving & Transportation Drive a FedEx-sized truck or cargo van to and from events. Must hold a valid Texas Driver’s License and have reliable personal transportation (no rideshares). Learn to confidently operate and park the food truck. 💬 Customer Service & Team Leadership Be the face of the brand — warm, solution-oriented, and professional. Train staff on hospitality and POS best practices. Lead with calm under pressure and clear direction in the field. 📊 Inventory, Scheduling & Reconciliation Track ingredients and supplies, forecast upcoming needs, and run errands as required. Reconcile invoicing vs calendar vs inventory and labor needs for smooth operations. Assist with weekly scheduling based on event flow, prep requirements, and sales. 🔍 Attention to Detail & Admin Own every detail on-site — timing, layout, signage, flow, and presentation. Help maintain maintenance logs, wholesale needs, and back-end operations.
