Position Title: Capital Markets Associate
Location: Silicon Valley
Salary Range: $260,000 - $455,000
About the Opportunity

• Immediate need for a corporate associate with 3-5 years’ of U.S. experience required with a large or sophisticated mid-size law firm .
• The candidate should have a focus on SEC-registered securities offerings (equity and debt), as well as ongoing U.S. securities law compliance and reporting and corporate governance.
• Experience with U.S. venture capital financings, especially technology and life science companies is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with other team members and clients, and "take ownership" of projects, is essential.
