Maui Divers Jewelry is seeking professional creative and 3D modeler to design for our award-winning line of Jewelry. This is an exciting, well-compensated position for an industrial/product designer who is looking to grow technically in the highly competitive national jewelry manufacturing industry. Candidates should be self-motivated, be able to follow brief directions, have a passion for jewelry, and possess the computer design skills to bring new designs from concept to completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

Three years of experience modelling organic forms in Rhinoceros or equivalent CAD program The ability to rapidly turn concept sketches into closed accurate 3D models and prototype them The creativity to develop original product lines when necessary Attention to detail and an ability to work with a team of other designers Must be comfortable with peer evaluation in a collaborative environment Be able to self-manage projects and deadlines All applicants must provide samples of their work in addition to a current resume OTHER QUALITIES: Adaptable in working with designs created by others and able to thoughtfully review, refine, and improve on them Experience with custom design is highly desirable.
