We are seeking an experienced and motivated Staffing Recruiter to join our fast-paced Upland branch. This position plays a key role in recruiting top talent for the manufacturing, light industrial, and hospitality industries. What You Will Do

• Source, screen, and interview job applicants for manufacturing, light industrial, and hospitality roles
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and job fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Support on-boarding and new hire paperwork
• Recruit high volumes of candidates for time-sensitive positions
• Promote a positive company culture and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and organized applicant and employee records
• Communicate effectively with management, providing regular updates and recruiting reports

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience within a staffing agency
• Interviewing experience is a must — experience with skilled labor recruiting is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing, light industrial, or hospitality industries
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high call volumes
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated demeanor
• Experience with background checks and E-Verify
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

Position Details

• Full-time, in-person role
• Monday to Friday schedule with occasional overtime
• Located in Upland, CA (Zip Code 91786)
• Attendance and reliability are essential

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $22–$23 per hour (DOE)
