Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service during catered events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings. You’ll help set up, serve, and break down events while ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications.
• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and event coordinators.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous banquet or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-volume catering or hospitality.
• Familiarity with event timelines and service etiquette.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
