The firm's 1 1 partner-to-associate ratio ensures exceptional mentorship and professional development. Responsibilities Draft bankruptcy pleadings, motions, and disclosure documents Participate in bankruptcy court hearings alongside partners Analyze financial data and transaction documents Research complex legal issues in bankruptcy and restructuring Support all phases of Chapter 11 proceedings Engage with clients under partner guidance Qualifications JD from a well-regarded law school (minimum 3.4 GPA) 2-6 years of bankruptcy experience at a reputable firm Strong writing and analytical skills Delaware bar admission or willingness to take the exam Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The position offers market-leading compensation ($220k-$300k based on class year), substantial year-end bonuses, and an impressive benefits package featuring 9.5% automatic employer 401k contribution (no match required) 4 weeks PTO Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage $1,500 annual parking stipend Relocation allowance Paid Delaware bar study period with one month off Interested in hearing more?
