Olympic College is recruiting for an Assistant Head Coach of Track, Field & Cross Country. This role plays a vital leadership role within the Olympic College Athletic Department and contributes meaningfully to the Division of Student Development and Engagement. This position is responsible for enhancing the student-athlete experience by fostering leadership, discipline, and personal growth, while ensuring the efficient operation of both programs. Through strategic oversight of daily activitiesincluding training, travel, and competition logisticsthe Assistant Coach supports the Athletic Directors broader focus on community engagement, strategic planning, and departmental advancement. This role is instrumental in cultivating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing environment aligned with the colleges commitment to student success and holistic development.
The Assistant Head Coach leads and manages all facets of the Track & Field and Cross Country programs, with a focus on excellence in both athletics and academics.
