Architectural Project Manager

Architectural Project Manager-Owensville, IN

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee and manage architectural projects from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all design and construction activities align with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and present architectural designs using software such as Revit and Sketchup.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, including LEED and WELL certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
• Strong knowledge of technical design principles and construction practices.
• NCARB certification and LEED accreditation preferred.
• Familiarity with WELL AP standards is a plus.
• Proficient in Revit, Sketchup, and other architectural design software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
