Ready to love what you do every day? Join C-NTA as we launch our brand-new Adult Day Program in Somerset! We’re looking for friendly, caring, and energetic people who want to make a positive impact while having fun at work.

Our Adult Day Program DSPs will get to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build skills, explore their interests, and enjoy meaningful community experiences. Every day is a chance to laugh, learn, and make life brighter — for others and yourself!

What You’ll Do

• Support individuals in learning new skills, group activities, community outings, fostering friendships, and medication administration
• Encourage individuals to have positive attitudes and explore personal growth through developing their hobbies, health, and wellness goals
• Transport individuals safely and accompany them to outings and community events
• Keep the day program facility and vehicle clean and create a happy day program environment.
• Stay organized with good communication and communicate with the team.
• Be a positive role model who embodies CNTA’s Culture of Gratitude and teamwork.

What You’ll Bring

• A caring heart, a patient attitude, and a real passion for helping others succeed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• An ability to pass background checks, physical, and drug screening which C-NTA pays for you.
