About our Ad / Revenue Operations ManagerThe Ad / Revenue Operations Manager is a hands-on owner of Audiochuck’s ad operations, inventory management, and partner execution. This role is critical to owning the RSV partnership and the full ad ops stack — including approvals, ad recording and fulfillment, inventory optimization, forecasting, and placement analysis.
This role integrates partner workflows with internal processes, enforces operational SLAs, and ensures seamless execution across Revenue, Production, Legal, Finance, and Analytics. The ideal candidate is highly operational, data-driven, and comfortable acting as the connective tissue between commercial strategy and execution.
What You’ll DoServe as the primary operational lead for Audiochuck’s RSV partnership, running weekly partner cadences, coordinating system demos, and aligning internal workflows to partner processes
Own and enforce ad operations SLA and QA standards, including approvals, host read coordination, ad recording, insertion, and fulfillment oversight
Lead inventory optimization and forecasting efforts by building and maintaining weekly and monthly supply forecasts, recommending ad load strategies, and partnering with Sales to maximize revenue while protecting show and host experience
Own placement analysis and monitoring, including performance dashboards, anomaly detection, and remediation recommendations (make-goods, pacing adjustments, re-weighting)
Act as cross-functional project manager for custom and bespoke ad opportunities, ensuring accurate coordination across creative specs, host availability, legal, finance, measurement, and handoff to execution teams
Maintain ad operations tooling, data flows, and the operational runbook for approvals, fulfillment, and reporting
Build and present weekly executive summaries, inventory health updates, and forecast variance explanations
4–7 years of experience in ad operations or revenue operations within audio, podcasting, or digital media
Proven partner-facing experience, with the ability to manage and strengthen external relationships
Strong technical fluency with ad ops systems, spreadsheets, BI tools, and familiarity with Salesforce
Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to translate operational constraints into scalable, repeatable processes
